Athletes Aren’t Born, They’re Made.
Every gym will tell you that they can improve athletic performance, but only BEAT will measure & guarantee it.
Our independently tested and clinically proven program will get you 20% faster in six weeks or they get their money back. It’s that simple – no other gym or program will do this.
We follow a three-step approach in increasing athleticism:
1. Sprint Practice
Including real time feedback on running technique and mechanics using a high velocity treadmill.
2. Strength Training
Using state of the art strength equipment, with training methods geared toward top end speed development and injury prevention.
3. Increase Force Production
Using plyometric training to strengthen movement patterns and correct inefficiencies, an athlete can improve force production.
BEAT coaches have a diverse background in athletic training, having worked in the NFL, NCAA Division 1 Football, and NCAA Division 1 Soccer. All with the same rigorous training under Matt and Jason, to ensure that each athlete leaves better, faster, stronger.
Client Testimonials
“BEAT was the difference-maker in my journey from semi-pro status to pro. Entering the soccer season, I’ve never felt more ready, physically and mentally, to compete. Matt heard me out on my goals and pushed me past them. Never have I trained in an environment where the expertise comes hand-in-hand with such a strong and passionate investment in my success. I first came to BEAT for the physical gains, but I’m still here because of the people and the community.”
“Since going to BEAT, my running form has improved as well as my speed on the treadmill. The treadmill has helped me remain consistent while maintaining a strong pace. Everyone at BEAT is very encouraging which makes the experience even better. Due to BEAT and pre-season training I believe that this will be the best track season yet.”
