Rachel brings a background in athletic training and sports performance, driven by a passion for helping clients of all ages move and feel their best. While earning her bachelor’s in Athletic Training from the University of Alabama and completing her master’s in Sports Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh, Rachel built a diverse clinical and performance-based resume working with youth, collegiate, and adult athletes.
As a certified athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist, she takes a comprehensive, individualized approach to meet each client’s unique needs. From competitive athletes to those looking to stay active and pain-free, Rachel designs programs that are both evidence-based and practical for any lifestyle. With hands-on experience in sports medicine, collegiate athletics, and performance facilities, Rachel believes everyone deserves to feel confident in their body and empowered in their movement.
