Matt Wiedemer
Matt Wiedemer has been devoted to the field of strength and conditioning, and human performance for more than 20 years. Matt has been employed in the fitness industry since 1998 and currently owns and operates BEAT Personal Training in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Steve works with clients of all skill levels and backgrounds to help them achieve their goals whether that is increased athletic performance, weight loss, or strength and bodybuilding results. Due to his years in the business world, Steve also understands the demands and stress of most career fields and works closely with many executives and professionals to provide flexible, comprehensive training that is geared towards their demanding lifestyle.
